Shiva Ram Pradhan
Security Advisor
Served Nepal Army for 38 years holds portfolio of Director General of Military Operations, commanded brigade and divisions. Possesses high degree of experience in command and staff duties. He was also Battalion Commander in United Nation Protection Force and Coordinator of National Security Council Secretariat.
Maj. Gen. Pradhan is currently an advisor to KSS, where he takes part in regular meetings, conducts interviews, audits and works in continuous progress of KSS and it's family. His expertise has helped KSS to achieve it's milestones.
Pradeep Kumar Karki
Managing Director
Founder and pioneer of KSS, his dedicated service of 20 years to KSS is impeccable. After distinguished service in Nepal Army for 27 years, Lt. Col. Karki started KSS to fulfill security demands in private sectors.
He has completed various management courses, where his expertise has been utilized to obtain a corporate culture in KSS. and is also an interviewer for Nepal Police Inspector selection.
Lt.Col. Karki has received Tri Shakti Patta (Tesra) and Gorkha Dakshin Bahu (Tesra) for his commendable job in course of operation in Nepal Army.
Keshab Bartaula
General Manager.
After serving 38 years in Nepal Army, Lt. Col. Bartaula has been serving in various private security firms. He has served in 4 UN Missions out of which on 2 missions he was appointed as military liaison officer.
His managerial skills and PR has assisted KSS to achieve heights of achievement and meet target goals. He ensures all aspect of business operations which includes overseeing day-today operations to ensure success of the security coy by maintaining financial budgets, ensuring adherence of policies and procedures, mentoring staff and working with clients to ensure a high quality of service are met.
Sanjay Parajuli
Operations Director.
A staff college graduate who has various qualifications from Civil Affairs UK, Platoon Commander Battle Course UK and Cadet Course from Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, UK. Col. Parajuli has also been ADC to the first president of Nepal and has commanded infantry battalion for 3 years.
He has been a part of KSS family since December 2014, where his expertise has helped with smooth running of KSS. His approach to problem solving and to achieve quality in service is highly effective and has helped KSS to be considered as a top security company in Nepal.
